This recipe delivers crispy, savory garlic chicken wings. The key is a flavorful marinade and a quick stir-fry with fragrant garlic.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings, cut in half
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Cooking wine
Cornstarch (starch)
Black pepper
Oil for frying
Minced garlic
Green and red peppers (optional)
White sesame seeds (optional)
Salt
Sugar
Instructions:

Marinate: Combine chicken wings with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Fry: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
