Ingredients:
chicken gizzards,
buttermilk,

Instructions:
Rinse and trim gizzards,
then soak them in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (overnight for extra tenderness).
In a bowl, mix flour with garlic powder,
onion powder,
paprika,
cayenne
salt
and pepper.
Drain gizzards
dredge in seasoned flour
and fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden brown and crispy—about 5–7 minutes per batch.
